Dyslexia Canada is pleased to now offer printed materials that can be ordered through our website.
We recently published an 8 page booklet called “What is Dyslexia?” that is a great resource for anyone looking for a starting place to learn about dyslexia. Another popular item has been the “Is Your Child Struggling to Read?” Parent Checklist rackcard. Parents can use this card as a first step to determine risk of dyslexia in their child. On the reverse side there are some dyslexia facts and links to more information. We have found the booklet and checklist are really popular with kindergarten teachers who are adding them to the ‘Welcome to Kindergarten’ packages.
These materials can be ordered in any number either for personal use or for display in your library, classroom, school staff room or office.
We ship anywhere in Canada. There is no charge to order but we do ask that you consider making a donation ($10-20) to Dyslexia Canada to cover the cost of shipping.
Also available are bookmarks and stickers. We will continue to add to the items offered as they are printed.
