This first 30-minute session is for those who are new to the support group. If you are not new to the group, you are welcome to join us. This portion is specifically for caregivers who are new to the group and want to learn the basics about dyslexia and what it can mean for their child.- We’re hoping some of our returning families will sign up to help lead the first 30 minutes of one of these sessions. We’ll send out more information about signing up shortly.
- 1:00–1:15 PM | Break
- 1:15–2:45 PM | Advocacy & Deeper Discussion
We’ll use this time to dive deeper into personal advocacy, systemic advocacy, current issues, and supporting one another as we navigate the education system.
This is an in-person session and will not be recorded.
